Davezilla has been working in Social Media since 1999 when his site Davezilla.com became one of the first blogs. In 2001, he was served a cease and decist by Toho, Inc. in Japan for an alleged similarity between Davezilla and Godzilla. After Dave published the C&D on several blogs, news sites and other media, the attention and support he received caused Toho's lawyers to back down. That got him to thinking that if one blogger could make a billion dollar corporation go away, imagine what 10, or 100, or 1,000 bloggers could do.
